Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services and products offered on krishnayanastro.com, managed by Shree Krishnayan Sewa Foundation.

Order Cancellation

We do not offer returns or refunds for our products or services. However, if you want to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours, only if your order has not been dispatched. In such cases, we will refund your payment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must email us at astro@krishnayan.com with your order details. Once we receive your request, we will review it carefully. If your cancellation is eligible, we will begin the refund process. Please note that a 20% deduction will be applied to cover online payment gateway charges. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during the original transaction.

The refund may take 8–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. This applies to both credit/debit card payments and net banking. If you do not receive the refund on time, please check with your bank or card provider.
